This celebrated NYC restaurant reinvented itself In 2021 as an entirely plant-based restaurant. Holding 3 Michelin stars and a four-star rating from The New York Times, Eleven Madison Park is the first vegan restaurant worldwide to do so. The entirety of our menu for this dinner is vegan, and the most ambitious menu of our International Inspirations dinner series. Student Chef Jenny Duong and Chef Instructor Randi Rudner can't wait for you to experience it!
