The end of an era. It has been an incredible run, we have gotten the chance to meet and work with amazing people. No tears will be shed, but wine will be drank and cheese will certainly be eaten. RECIPE OF THE WEEK Zucchini Tart with Blossom -1 large zucchini or small small ones, sliced lengthwise -2 cloves garlic, minced -1 onion, minced -1 container of Blossom -4 sprigs thyme -1/4 cup while wine salt pepper olive oil -Lay down strips of zucchini in small baking dish -Combine Blossom, onion, garlic in a bowl -Lay mixture over zucchini and top with olive oil, salt and pepper -Repeat steps 1-3 uni -Bake at 400 until zucchini is cooked through... more

Recipe of the Week Berthoud A classic French cheese dip, Monforte style! Ingredients -150g Abondance or Fuego, sliced thin clove of garlic -white wine -pepper -Loaf of crusty bread Method -Rub oven-safe ramekin or any other small oven safe pan with freshly cut garlic. -Add thin slices abondance. -Add a splash of wine wine over the cheese -Bake at 450 for 5 to 10 minutes -Top with black pepper and serve with crusty bread!

MARKET RECIPE Mediterranean Inspired Coleslaw 1/2 head green cabbage, sliced thin 1/2 onion, sliced thin Water Buffalo Tzatziki 1/2 Cup Water Buffalo Yogurt 1/4 Cup Olive Oil 1/2 Cup Diced Cucumber 1 Garlic Scape, diced Chopped Dill and Mint (at your discretion) Squeeze of lemon juice Pinch of Salt -Make tzatziki first.
