Special Event in 10 days with SSO & The Bookends!

We have been individually holding concerts to lead the charge back to normal celebration of live music and are joining forces. You know excited we are and here is what The Bookends are feeling:

"For any band the opportunity to explore new perspectives in your music is exciting. For The Bookends, the chance to join the Stratford Symphony Orchestra for a night celebrating the music that first drew our band together is inspiring, to say the least.

Reimagining favourites from our repertoire, with arranger Ben Bolt-Martin infusing our tunes with his unique sparkle, has us looking forward to this performance with as much anticipation as if we were in the audience. Especially exciting for us is the chance to hear two of our original pieces backed by the extraordinary musicians of the SSO.

We hope fans of The Bookends and the SSO will find something new to captivate them!"

Stratford Symphony Youth Orchestra Spring Recital!

As we are in full promotion mode for our next concert (https://www.stratfordsymphony.ca/A_Celtic_Night_the_SSO_with_The_Bookends/) we want to make sure you know about this event.

We are so proud of our relationship with and the burgeoning musicians of our Youth Orchestra. Join us this Monday eve (May 30th) at the Avondale United Church in Stratford for the Spring Recital!
